Labourpower is seeking an experienced WHS/Injury Management Coordinator to strengthen workplace health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.
This is an prospect to influence best practice, partner with leaders across the business and make a meaningful difference to employees during their recovery.
Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, you'll be Labourpower's subject matter expert in injury management and return-to-work programs.
Working with operational leaders, rehabilitation providers, insurers and medical practitioners, you'll oversee workers' compensation claims, coordinate effective recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end workers compensation claims and return to work programs
Provide practical injury management advice and early intervention support to leaders
Liaise with employees, insurers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners
Facilitate case conferences and develop suitable return to work plans
Monitor claims, recovery progress and legislative compliance
Identify opportunities to improve injury management processes and outcomes
Promote a positive culture of health, safety and wellbeing across the business
About You
Return to Work Coordinator certification




Experience managing workers compensation claims and return to work programs
Sound knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislation
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, organisation and case management abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
