Attractive opportunity for both savoury and pastry in training Apprentices
Reporting to the Head Chef your training and responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking food according to customers' orders
Ensuring that all dishes created are of high quality and presented well
Monitor costs with special regard to portion control, waste minimisation and stock control
Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations,



protected work practice and having knowledge of allergy restricted food
Carrying out quality checks on food supplies to ensure quality and freshness
Skills and experience
Creativity and passion for the industry
Enthusiastic attitude
Demonstrated knowledge of food safety
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekend's and public holidays
