About the role
Lead and support a team of early yearseducators to deliver high-quality programs.
Plan and implement engaging learningexperiences aligned with EYLF, VEYLDF and NQF requirements.
Foster a secure, inclusive and nurturingenvironment for children of all abilities.
Collaborate with families and the CentreManager to support positive learning outcomes.
Maintain quality, compliance anddocumentation through observations, reporting and record management.
What you'll bring to the role
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education, orabove, and experience in a similar role.
Leadership capability, including theability to build a positive team culture.
Excellent understanding of relevantpolicies, standards, and regulations.
Sound knowledge of the issues and needsthat affect young children and their families.
Full Australian Working rights, Workingwith Children Check and Australian Drivers Licence.
