Benalla's leading fitness club is seeking a motivated and sales driven individual in the role of Club Manager.
This role is responsible for driving club performance, leading and developing staff, generating current business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.
The successful candidate will be passionate about leadership, sales growth, operational excellence, and building a strong club culture.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, ensuring exceptional member experience and driving the continued growth and success of the business.
This is a full-time role based onsite at our state-of-the-art facility.
What you'll be doing
Manage and lead the club's team of fitness professionals, personal trainers and support staff.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Oversee all day-to-day club operations, including budgeting, scheduling, inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Foster a positive and motivating club culture that aligns with Primal Health Club's values.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion and diversification.
Ensure the club operates in compliance with all relevant health, safety and industry regulations.




Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and manage client relationships.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or management role.
Experience within the sport, fitness or recreation industry will be advantages but is not essential.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Tertiary qualification in sports management, business administration or a related field would be beneficial but is not essential.
Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
