The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Primary Care and Integration to lead strategic change and innovation in the delivery of primary healthcare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of primary healthcare in the region, driving key portfolios focused on primary care transformation, health system integration, and strategic partnerships.
This role requires a respected executive leader with a strong understanding of the Australian healthcare system, particularly in the areas of primary care and regional health services.
The Executive Director will be at the forefront of leading complex transformation, innovation, and change initiatives, with a commitment to improving health equity and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include leading primary care transformation and health system integration initiatives,
driving strategic reform across various healthcare sectors, and building and maintaining influential partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior executive leadership, outstanding stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, with postgraduate qualifications being highly regarded.
