We're looking for an experiencedClient Service Officerto join our national Client Services team on a3-month fixed-term contract.

You'll work closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Dietitians and Physiotherapists, helping connect clients with the right services while delivering an outstanding experience.

More Than Just an Administration Role
This isn't simply processing referrals.You'll be helping people navigate what can often be an overwhelming time, ensuring participants, families and referrers feel informed, supported and confident throughout their journey with Avina.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our centralised Client Services team, you'll:
Manage new referrals and client onboarding from initial enquiry through to service commencement.
Coordinate therapist allocations and maintain accurate waitlists.
Prepare and manage service agreements and onboarding documentation.
Process NDIS plan renewals and service changes.
Respond to client, family and referrer enquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate client records usingSplose.
Work collaboratively with therapists and operational teams to coordinate services.
Deliver an exceptional client experience while working towards daily service targets.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can confidently step into the role and make an immediate impact.
Ideally you'll have:
Experience in a client services, intake, administration or customer service role within allied health, disability or community services.
A strong understanding of theNDIS, including referrals, service agreements and participant plans.
Experience usingSplose, Zoho or a similar CRM/practice management system.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise competing tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Acurrent NDIS Worker Screening Checkis highly desirable.
