Allocator – Traffic Labour Hire Operations

WorkCon is looking for an energeticTrafficAllocatorto coordinate field workers, manage daily rosters and help keep client sites fully staffed.
This is a fast-moving role where priorities can change quickly.
You will communicate with workers, Area Managers and internal teams to match the right people to the right jobs while managing availability, compliance, attendance and urgent roster changes.
What you'll be doing
Allocate field workers to shifts and client sites.
Manage daily and weekly rosters.
Confirm worker availability and communicate shift details.
Respond to cancellations, absences and last-minute changes.
Resolve competing requests and operational conflicts.
Ensure workers have current licences, tickets, inductions and PPE.
Track clock-in and clock-out records and support accurate payroll processing.
Maintain accurate employee and allocation records.
Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster.

Experiences in Traffic Control / Labour Hire / Construction.
