About the Role
We're seeking aTransaction Administrator - Residential Property, Location -Redfern, NSWfor aFull time Permanentopportunity.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and administer all operational aspects of residential property transactions across The Salvation Army property portfolio.
The roleis responsible forensuring property acquisitions and disposals are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
The position provides end-to-end transaction support, including legal coordination, financial administration, settlement management, invoice processing, and stakeholder communication.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate residential property acquisition and disposal transactions from commencementthrough tosettlement.
Obtain legal fee quotations and engage solicitors for property sales and purchases.
Maintain and regularly update the Work in Progress (WIP) register.
Establish new suppliers within approved systems and manage supplier information.
Process marketing, styling, deposit,settlementand other transaction-related invoices.




Coordinate settlement fund transfers and ensuretimelypayments.
Manage stamp duty exemption applications where applicable.
Maintainaccuratetransaction records and supporting documentation.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, solicitors, agents,valuersand consultants.
Monitor transaction milestones and communicate progress and risks.
Ensure compliance with TSA policies,proceduresand relevant legislation.
Skills Required
Demonstrated experience in property transaction administration, conveyancing support, property operations, or a similar administrative role.
Experience coordinating property sales, acquisitions, settlements, or related transaction activities.
Proficiencyin property management, financial, and administration systems.
Sound understanding of financial administration processes, invoice management, and payment workflows.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions.
High attention to detail and accuracy and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, ora relateddiscipline are desirable.
Requirements of the role
A National Criminal History Check is required
Valid Drivers License
