Description: The Assistant Men's Basketball coach will assist the basketball program in the day-to-day operations of the men's basketball program including, but not limited to, recruiting, scouting, mentoring, practice/game planning, player skill development, academic progress, strength and conditioning program, social media, camps and other duties assigned by Head Coach or Athletic Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Basketball coaching experience
Knowledge of and commitment to NJCAA compliance policies and procedures
Proven ability to develop, establish and sustain relationships with student-athletes, coaches, administration, and various constituents.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and proven ability to recruit prospective student-athletes.
Ability to work nights, weekends and travel as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Collegiate coaching and/or playing experience
