We are now seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Store person to join our team.
Role Overview
The Warehouse Store person plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
This position involves the accurate receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, with a robust focus on safety, efficiency, and quality control.
For the right person, this role offers genuine opportunities for career progression into senior warehouse, logistics, or operational leadership roles within the department.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Dispatch
Accurately inspect, unload, check, and store incoming goods via containers and local couriers.
Prepare and load outgoing orders in line with company standards.
Familiarise yourself with daily deliveries and collections from our order system and Warehouse Manager.
Accurately pick and pack customer orders on time and in line with company processes and standards.
Efficiently deliver client orders on time and in line with company processes and standards.
Inventory Control & Warehouse
Conduct and maintain regular stock takes to anticipate shortages.
Report discrepancies and damaged stock items.




Assist Warehouse Manager in making appropriate and forecast container orders of new stock from overseas and local suppliers.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment for optimal workflow.
Teamwork & Safety
Safely handle and store glass and non-glass products to prevent damage or injury.
Adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures at all times.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in line with safety protocols.
Ensure you follow all processes and policies.
Collaborate with your team and assist other departments as required.
Bring forward practical suggestions for improving workflows, safety, and inventory management.
Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse, logistics, or store person experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy for stock management systems.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
HR/LR truck license are highly regarded.
