Education Sector Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant
Educlean is a specialist cleaning provider working exclusively with schools and education clients across Australia.
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially mindedEducation Sector Lead Generation & Outreach Assistantto support our continued growth across the education sector.
This is a part time role suited to someone who enjoys research, attention to detail, professional writing, and helping build genuine business development opportunities.
You will work closely with the Managing Director to identify prospective school clients, research key decision-makers, prepare personalised outreach emails, and maintain accurate lead records.
This is not a hard-sales or call-centre role.
The focus is on quality research, accurate data entry, thoughtful outreach, and helping Educlean build relationships with schools across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
Researching private, independent, faith-based and education-sector schools
Identifying relevant decision-makers such as Business Managers, Finance Managers, Operations Managers and Principals
Entering and maintaining accurate lead information in our CRM / lead database
Preparing personalised email outreach for prospective school clients
Sending or scheduling outreach emails, with the Managing Director copied in
Tracking responses, follow-ups and next steps




Maintaining clean and organised lead notes
Assisting with target lists by region, school type and opportunity stage
About you:
You will be highly organised, reliable and detail-focused, with strong written communication skills and the ability to research information accurately online.
You will be comfortable using school websites, LinkedIn, Google, spreadsheets and CRM systems to identify contacts and prepare professional outreach.
Experience in lead generation, sales administration, marketing support, recruitment research, virtual assistance, or business development support will be highly regarded.
Experience in the education sector is helpful but not essential.
