Aussie Broadband is seeking an Assurance Technical Support Officer to investigate and resolve voice and network service issues, helping keep our customers connected and delivering outstanding outcomes.
This is a permanent role based in either our Dandenong or Traralgon office.
You will deliver frontline diagnostics, classification, and issue resolution while meeting service targets and working with teams across the business to ensure customer success.
