You will establish and evaluate the patient's plan of care in partnership with the patient, carers and the health care team, guided by a strong person-centred care philosophy.
You will safely manage haemodialysis for end stage kidney disease (ESKD) patients, collaborate with the wider team, and contribute to an workplace that values inclusion, equity and clinical
