The Role

We have an exciting chance for a capable HR Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong South on a full-time basis.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll take ownership of a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and compliance, playing a key role in shaping a workplace where our people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Provide high-quality, proactive administrative support to the HR Manager,
exercising sound judgement in day to day decision-making
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation
Research and recommend training opportunities for staff, coordinating all course bookings and ensuring a smooth enrolment experience
Prepare HR correspondence, documentation, and internal communications
Support and help drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the business
Coordinate the preparation, filing, and accuracy of employment-related documents such as contracts, forms, and policy acknowledgements via our HR platform
Act as a first point of contact for general employee queries, escalating to the HR Manager where required
Undertake general HR administrative duties to support effective daily operations
Administration Support (Ad Hoc Support)
Occasionally, to help cover leave within our Administration team, you may be asked to assist with day to day office tasks.
This is a very minor and infrequent part of the role, however we simply appreciate someone flexible and willing to pitch in when needed.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in HR administration, ideally across recruitment, onboarding, or training coordination
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement handling confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks independently
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach, with a team-player mindset and genuine motivation to grow a long-term career in HR
