About You :
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Appropriate tertiary nursing qualification.
Position Summary :
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
The role supports exceptional patient outcomes through clinical care, preventative health, chronic disease management, infection prevention and control, patient education and continuous quality improvement.

Job Responsibility :
Clinical Care
Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice.
Perform triage, immunisations, injections, wound care and ECGs.
Assist with clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate and reassure patients regarding procedures and treatments.




Patient Care & Chronic Disease Management
Coordinate patient recalls and preventative health programs.
Support GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements.
Provide health promotion and patient education.
Coordinate referrals and liaise with other healthcare providers.
Advocate for positive patient outcomes.
Infection Prevention & Clinical Governance
Coordinate infection prevention and control systems.
Maintain vaccine storage and cold-chain compliance.
Manage clinical waste.
Educate staff regarding infection control requirements.
Clinical Equipment & Supplies
Maintain clinical equipment.
Manage clinical consumables and vaccines.
Monitor stock and ordering.
Quality, Compliance & Accreditation
Maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
