About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to our participants in their homes and within the community.
Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections while making a positive impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients with community access and social participation
Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and hygiene
Providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, meal preparation, and household tasks
Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their individual goals




Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation
Working collaboratively with clients, families, and the Inclusive Support Service team
What we're looking for:
A caring, respectful, and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work a variety of shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in disability support is desirable but not essential
Essential Requirements
Current Driver Licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or another related field.
