The Role
As a Labourer, you'll play a key role in supporting our construction team to deliver homes safely, efficiently and to the high standards Hadar Homes is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and maintaining construction sites.
Assisting trades with materials, tools and equipment.
Loading, unloading and manually handling building materials.
Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe work environment.
Operating basic hand tools and equipment safely.
Supporting the team to achieve project timelines and quality standards.
Following all site safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ideally, you'll have:
A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality work.
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
The physical capability to perform manual labour safely.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
A willingness to learn and develop current skills.
A current White Card and driver's licence.
Previous construction or labouring experience is advantageous, but not essential.
