About the Role
As an Internal Sales & Customer Service Officer, you will become the first point of contact for many of our customers.
This role is far more than processing orders—it combinesphone-based sales, customer relationship management, quoting, administration and operational support.
Every day is different, providing an excellent opportunity to develop both your commercial and technical skills.
You will work closely with our external sales team, engineering, operations and logistics to deliver outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to grow sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers




Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Proactively follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders
Provide exceptional after-sales support
Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system
Manage customer records, market segments and asset information
Process orders accurately using our ERP (LN) system
Support the external sales team with customer and administrative activities
Work collaboratively across Australia and New Zealand
