Reporting to the EGM Operations Asia, this role requires a mix of Operational Leadership, Business Development and Account Management.
You'll be based and lead one of our Sites however you will be responsible for pipelining, presenting and bringing together the right people when presenting solutions to prospects.
Having an understated and ground up approach you will drive the processes, the safety and compliance, and the daily rhythm of receiving, storing and dispatching bulk dry product.
You will work closely with the technical and operations and Natrio's global resources to drive a customer centric attitude through the State.

Ideal candidate will have:
A degree in business, supply chain and logistics, engineering or similar
Experience in bulk dry product logistics, warehousing and storage, or distribution operations or Agriculture sector at a minimum
A track record in business development or account management
Ability and history to bring everyone together
