The Acoustic Boxis a growing Australian manufacturer of swimming pool acoustic products and solutions, operating from our facility in Silverwater.
As we continue to expand and invest in new equipment and technology, we're looking for a reliable and motivatedFactory Hand / Machine Operatorto join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is keen to learn new skills.
Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or simply have a great attitude and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll work across a variety of production and dispatch tasks, with a key focus on operating and learning our sheet metal bending equipment.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties may include:
Operating and setting up sheet metal bending machinery
Assisting with general fabrication and assembly work
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Cleaning, maintaining and organising the factory
Assisting with powder coating and finishing processes
General factory and warehouse duties as required

Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
Previous manufacturing, sheet metal, factory or warehouse experience advantageous, but not required
