What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in keeping our clinic running smoothly.
Your daily tasks will include:
Answering and managing phone callswith a warm, helpful attitude.
Booking and confirmingpatient appointments efficiently.
Entering patient informationand maintaining accurate database records.
Providing exceptional customer serviceto make our patients feel comfortable and valued.
General reception and administrative dutiesto support the clinical team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves interacting with people and can keep a smile on their face during busy periods.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A warm, welcoming, and professional personality—you are naturally bubbly and approachable!
Excellent communicationand strong organisational skills.
Strong tech confidence, with the ability to use computers and learn current software quickly.
The ability to multitaskand stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Previous medical/dental reception experience is an advantage, butnot essentialas full training will be provided for the right candidate.
