Gems Care is seeking two experienced Mentor Support Workers (Disability Support Workers) to join our growing team on a Permanent Part-Time basis, supporting participants across the Surfside to Moruya region.
These positions offer a minimum of 50 hours per fortnight and require flexibility to work a rotating roster, including shift work, overnight sleepover shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced support workers who are passionate about empowering people with disability to live independently and achieve their goals within their local community.
As a Mentor Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support that empowers people with disability to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.




You will mentor participants while promoting independence, choice, inclusion, and skill development across all areas of daily living.
Community inclusion, independence, decision-making, and personal choice are at the heart of everything we do.
You will support participants to maximise their living, employment, social, and recreational skills while delivering protected, respectful, and individualised supports.
