Gravity House is Bega Valley's first indoor climbing gym.
We're opening in November ****.
We've been building this with the valley for over a year, with 650+ people following along.
The Location
Kalaru in Bega Valley, NSW.
5 minutes from Tathra beach.

Some of the best MTB trails in the state on your doorstep.
The Role
You're the welcome.
Check-ins, first-timer inductions, safety briefings, shoe hire, coffee.
You keep the floor safe and the vibe right, on quiet Tuesday mornings and packed Saturday afternoons.
You'll report to the gym manager and work rostered shifts, including weekends.
What You'll Own On Shift
Welcome: check-ins, inductions, safety briefings, gear hire
The floor: supervision, spotting risky behaviour early, helping people climb better
Café: coffee, cold drinks, good chat
The space: tidy mats, clean facilities, a gym you'd want to hang out in
Community: remembering names,



making regulars feel at home
Who We're Looking For
You're a people person.
You like talking to strangers, and busy days give you energy instead of taking it.
Hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is a real plus.
Barista skills are a bonus.
Climbing experience is not required.
We'll teach you everything you need.
What we can't teach is caring about people.
You're Probably Right For This If
People walk away from a chat with you feeling better
You notice the little things: the spill, the lost kid, the nervous first-timer
You stay calm when it gets busy
You're reliable, and available on weekends and school holidays
You want to be part of opening something recent in the valley
