About the role:
Ballarat Tractors is about to move into an exciting recent purpose built facility.
This move will create additional business growth which we want to capitalise on by growing our parts team and creating an opportunity for people to grow with us.
This is a new role within our existing parts team and provides an excellent As a Parts Interpreter - Junior, you will use your strong positive behaviors and attitude to learn all facets of what makes a great parts department and what it means to provide exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will assist in the following:
Assessing and interpreting customer requirements
Using OEM portals and DMS to check stock availability and pricing
Maintaining the showroom in great condition
Rotate stock and participate in stocktakes
Work through customer complaint resolution including queries on warranty
Support the workshop with part requests
Cash, handling, EFTPOS and invoicing sales.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
As a Parts Interpreter - Junior, you will be:
A people person with outstanding enthusiasm and a can do attitude
You will have a natural curiosity and a willingness to learn
A team player who values collaboration and positivity
Some experience in a parts operation or similar busy environment
