Brotherhood Transport Service Pty Ltd is seeking an experiencedTruck Driverto join our team on afull-time basis.
This is a critical role within our road transport operations, based inLogan Reserve, QLD ****.
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, maintaining our reputation for reliable and professional service delivery.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries on time and in excellent condition, directly contributing to the success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Operating and driving heavy-duty trucks safely and professionally across designated routes and within legal requirements
Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in optimal working condition
Loading, securing and unloading cargo in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
Maintaining accurate logbooks and documentation of trips, fuel consumption, mileage and delivery confirmations
Adhering to all traffic laws, speed limits and road safety regulations at all times
Communicating effectively with dispatch, management and customers regarding delivery status and any issues
Performing routine vehicle maintenance and reporting any mechanical issues promptly
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle and representing Brotherhood Transport Service Pty Ltd positively
Meeting delivery schedules and performance targets whilst prioritising safety
What we're looking for
Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driving licence appropriate for the role
Current Driver Qualification Certificate (DQC) or willingness to obtain one
Minimum 3 years of professional truck driving experience in road transport
Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance requirements




Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret route maps, delivery documentation and logbook systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliability, punctuality and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism
Physical fitness and ability to safely load and unload cargo
Clear driving record with no major traffic violations or driving-related incidents
Experience with GPS systems and digital logbook technology is highly desirable
