The Opportunity
The Family Participation Program Facilitator works with families involved in the child protection system to reduce child removal by using the Family Led Decision Making (FLDM) framework.
The FPP Facilitator empowers families to be heard in a culturally safe space.
About you
Always be well presented, friendly, courteous, and obliging when dealing with member of the community and colleagues
Demonstrate commitment toward ongoing career development
Ensure communication is factual, accurate and presented in a clear and concise manner
Must haves:
Current Blue Card Holder or Willingness to apply for Blue Card
Current Drivers Licence
Cultural Competency would be highly desirable
