We're looking for an organised and detail-orientedAdministration Officer (Accounts Receivable)to join our Business Services team.

About the Role
Reporting to theFinance & Administration Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts receivable function across Bright Brewery Group.
You'll ensure customer accounts are accurate, payments are processed efficiently and financial records are maintained to a high standard.
Working as part of our Business Services team, you'll also support administration processes across the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help our teams succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
Process customer invoices, payments and account reconciliations.
Monitor debtor accounts and follow up outstanding payments.
Respond to customer account enquiries professionally and promptly.
Complete bank and payment reconciliations.
Assist with Excise, CDS and statutory reporting requirements.
Support online sales, payment platforms and gift voucher administration.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve administration and finance processes.
Work collaboratively with the wider Business Services team.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with detail, takes pride in accuracy and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance or administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem solving.
The ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates.
Highly Regarded
Experience in hospitality, wholesale or manufacturing.
Experience with integrated accounting or ERP systems.
Qualifications in Business, Administration, Accounting or Finance.
