Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a supportive, patient-focused General Practice with a strong community reputation?
We're partnered with a Group Practice, who have 2 clinics around the Lake Macquarie area - Morriset, and Cooranbong.
They are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Morisset team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established practice where you can utilise your clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting the clinical team and delivering exceptional patient care.
Immunisations and vaccinations
Wound care and dressing management
Chronic Disease Management
Health Assessments and Care Plans
Assisting GPs with procedures
Infection control and accreditation support
Recalls and reminders
Patient education and preventative health initiatives
Maintaining clinical stock and cold chain compliance
About You
To be successful in this role, you willhave:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous General Practice Nursing experience
Strong clinical and treatment room skills
Experience with Care Plans, Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
