What will you bring to the table?
Proven capability working as a Chef or Cook at a compatible venue - minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent role.
Experience in recipe costings and understanding of kitchen financials
Ability to order and maintain stock, including delivery checks Strong compliance focus
A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results Ability to engage with the local community
