Job Description:
We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Business Analyst (Tech BA)with solid expertise in thePayments domain.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on payment platforms, payment processing systems, and end-to-end payment transformation or integration projects.
The candidate should be comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and documentbusiness and technical requirementsfor payment-related systems and initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and external vendors.
Analyseend-to-end payment processes, including payment initiation, processing, authorisation, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
CreateBRDs, FRDs,



user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams.
SupportAPI and system integrationrequirements across payment platforms and banking systems.
Analyse payment flows and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and process improvements.
Work with technical teams to definedata mapping, field mapping, interface specifications, and integration requirements.
Support SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.
Investigate and analyse payment-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders onpayment transformation, migration, modernisation, or platform implementationprojects.
