IRT is seeking an Aged care educator to plan, deliver and evaluate tailored education for staff at IRT Peakhurst Gardens.
This part-time position (3 days per week) may require travel to other IRT residential care homes.
You will drive staff capability around aged care quality standards and foster a culture of continuous learning.
The role emphasizes education delivery, assessment, record-keeping and ongoing career development within a not-for-profit friendly environment.
