Our Client:
Our client is a leading integrated services provider delivering high-quality facilities, cleaning, security and customer service solutions across a diverse range of client environments.
With a strong focus on service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across a major Townsville-based contract.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operational leader to take ownership of integrated facilities services, lead multidisciplinary teams and build robust client and stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service functions, ensuring contract obligations, compliance standards and service expectations are consistently achieved.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading people, improving processes and driving positive outcomes across a busy and high-profile site.
You will play a key role in ensuring service quality, workforce performance, WHS compliance and continuous improvement across all areas of operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading day-to-day facilities operations across cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service teams
Managing workforce planning, rosters, onboarding, training and team performance
Building trusted relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
Conducting inspections, audits and compliance checks to maintain quality standards
Ensuring WHS, risk, quality and contract requirements are met
Monitoring budgets, purchasing and operational costs




Preparing reports and providing updates on contract performance
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and client satisfaction
Supporting a positive, accountable and service-focused team culture
Your Skills & Experience:
You will be an experienced facilities, operations or integrated services professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering strong service outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience in facilities management, integrated services, property services, cleaning, security or operational leadership
Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced service delivery environment
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Sound understanding of WHS, compliance, quality and service standards
Confidence managing rosters, performance, reporting and operational requirements
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
Current Driver Licence
National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
