Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Dandenong seeks a Manager Court Practice to oversee operations at community correctional services locations and supervise Advanced Practitioners and CAPS.
This role focuses on guiding risk-based practices to reduce reoffending and ensure service delivery quality.
You will lead case management teams, participate in after-hours Duty Director rosters, and work with Courts and Police to strengthen partnerships and outcomes for high-risk offenders.
