About the Role
Join DIC Australia, part of a leading global group in printing inks and coatings, as aProduction Operativeat our Victoria site.
In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
From raw material handling and batch production to quality control and forklift operation, this is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations:
Follow detailed work instructions and product specifications.
Manufacture ink batches including weighing, mixing, milling, and potting.
Label and prepare finished goods for dispatch.




Maintain high housekeeping standards on the production floor.
Warehouse & Forklift Duties:
Load, unload, and move materials safely using a forklift.
Perform daily forklift checks and maintenance.
Accurately pick batches and manage raw material handling.
Support inventory and dispatch procedures.
Safety:
Adhere to WHS legislation and internal safety protocols.
Participate in hazard identification and promote a safe working environment.
Attend regular safety meetings and complete required training.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a production or warehouse setting.
Current forklift license (essential).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tasks.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
