Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse - NIGHTS
We have a permanent part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Storm Village Taree.
You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care.
Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
Shifts – 32 hours per fortnight, 2 x nights per week, 11pm – 7am

Role & Responsibilities
Experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people
Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Current Drivers Licence
About you?
Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
