We support clients across a diverse range of sectors and property portfolios.
Due to continued growth in demand for our specialist services, we are seeking aTechnical Executive, Essential Fire Safety Measuresto provide technical leadership, drive business growth, and strengthen client relationships across our national portfolio.
As a Technical Executive, Property Compliance you'll:
Lead and drive growth in WSP's EFSM consulting services and practices.
Establish, implement and continuously optimise systems, digital tools and workflows that improve EFSM service delivery.
Prepare tenders, bids and proposals and secure portfolio-scale programs of work.
Represent WSP as a recognised technical leader in EFSM services.
Develop and maintain and grow key client relationships and project portfolios.




Coach and mentor team members.
Lead site inspections and assessments of Essential Fire Safety Measures.
Witness and assess Systems Interface Testing (SIT).
Provide technical advice, reports and quality assurance reviews.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
Typically 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated technical leadership in EFSM consulting.
Proven business development and client relationship management success.
Strong knowledge of legislation, codes and standards relating to fire safety compliance.
Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring others.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
