Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital (as part of the Psychiatry Training Centre and NSCC training network)What you'll be doing
Education Support Officers (ESOs) are essential to the success of psychiatry training in New South Wales, coordinating trainee rotations,
managing education programs, and supporting governance and accreditation processes.
They work closely with DoTs, SCoTs, DoATs, training supervisors, trainees and health services to deliver high-quality learning experiences and ensure the RANZCP psychiatry training program operates effectively and efficiently across multiple sites.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in health, education, business, HR or related field OR equivalent experience supporting clinical education or medical training programs.
Demonstrated understanding of the coordination of workplace-based education programs, preferably in a medical or psychiatry context.
Strong organisational and time‐management skills with proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple sites and stakeholders.
