Job Description
Dynamic Recruitment Snappys Pizza & Kebab Kilmore is looking for a reliable and experienced full-time Retail Manager (38 hours per week) to join their team located in Kilmore, VIC ****.
As the Retail Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role, managing daily operations and guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong business outcomes.
You will be the key driver of store success, balancing people leadership, sales performance, stock management, and customer service excellence.

Task & responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high service and presentation standards
Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, rostering, training, and performance evaluation
Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and maintain accurate inventory control
Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety regulations, and company policies
Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and promotional displays to attract and retain customers
Handle customer enquiries, feedback,



and service escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitabilityManage budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and pricing
Qualification & experience
Completion of an AQF-relevant Diploma
Minimum two years' experience in a Retail Manager role
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
Solid organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
