Mission Australia Housing in Rosny Park, Tasmania, is seeking a Property Maintenance Officer for a full‐time role.
You will deliver general maintenance across residential properties, helping prepare homes for new tenants and supporting the Welcome Home model.
You'll inspect properties, raise work orders, manage stock and liaise with tenants to ensure secure, welcoming homes while contributing to service improvements.
A Certificate II trade qualification and 3+ years in maintenance are preferred.
