About the Role
This is a varied HR Administrator/Co-ordinator role you will combine hands-on HR administration with payroll support, sitting right at the heart of the business and helping the factory, stores and online team work effectively and sustainably. It's a great fit whether you're an experienced HR Administrator ready to step up, or an HR Co-ordinator looking for a role with genuine scope and autonomy.
Duties will include:
Manage employee records, contracts, variations and correspondence from onboarding through to offboarding
Coordinate recruitment, including job ads, screening, interview scheduling and pre-employment checks
Support onboarding, induction, probation and performance processes




Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-award, multi-site team, working closely with the finance team
Help managers interpret Awards and stay on top of rostering, timesheet and leave compliance
Support workplace health and safety
Contribute to HR policies, procedures and reporting as the business continues to grow
About you
1-3 years' experience in HR administration or co-ordination; payroll experience highly regarded
Confidence working across multiple Awards and sites; familiarity with the Retail Award and/or Food and Beverage Manufacturing Award is a bonus
Positive working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ideally some exposure to Xero, Deputy or similar rostering HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail, discretion and a professional, approachable manner
A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to juggle a busy, varied workload
