Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and dedicated Clinical Trials Administration Officer to join our Clinical Trials team.
There are two positions available:
Full Time - Fixed Term for 12 months.
Part Time (64 hours/fortnight) until mid December ****.
The Clinical Trials Administration Officer will provide support for clinical trials and teletrials, Working closely with the Research Unit, the position provides administrative and operational support across all stages of clinical trial activity, including coordinating study documentation, supporting site-specific processes, managing biological sample logistics, maintaining trial supplies, and assisting with data management and regulatory requirements.
The role will be responsible for:
Working with the Clinical Trials Coordinators to ensure accurate data entry for clinical trials.
General administrative support to the clinical trials team.
Assisting with the development of site‐specific protocals and internal processes for the unit.
Supporting staff with handling and shipping of biological samples
Collating data within spreadsheets and databases.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive study files and clinical documentation
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
Strong administrative experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with key stakeholders
Highly organised with a proven ability to priotise tasks in a busy workplace
Demonstrated attention to detail and achievement of process orientated tasks in a timely manner
Previous experience in a clinical research or clinical trials environment is desirable (but not essential)
