About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinatorto join our growing team and support the delivery of complex construction projects, with a focus on Precast Coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in project coordination.
While prior precast/design experience is regarded, it is not essential.
We are committed to training and developing the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track RFIs (Requests for Information)
Maintain document control and ensure drawing/model currency
Review and track consultant and client comments/approvals
Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders




Manage and respond to factory/production queries
Assist with shop drawing reviews and QA processes
Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project interfaces
Assist in identifying and resolving coordination issues
Support coordination across design, engineering, and constructions teams
About You:
Background in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar (completed or in progress)
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Interest in construction/project delivery
