Ahead of our grand reopening in Q******, we're seeking energetic and guest-focused full-timeFood & Beverage Supervisorsto support daily operations and ensure excellent service across our dining outlets.
What will you be doing?
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll supervise attendants, support smooth service delivery, and play a hands-on role in creating memorable guest dining experiences.
Your day-to-day impact
Supervise and train F&B; attendants, ensuring service standards are met.
Provide professional, effective, and tailored service to all guests.
Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing,



WHS, and harm minimisation policies.
Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.
What are we looking for in you?
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts, with supervisory experience.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
Barista and cocktail-making skills essential.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
RSA and Approved Manager's Licence required.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
