What is our SocialWorker role?
This position, as part of amultidisciplinary team, provides Social Work services to children,adolescents and their families using clinical practice skills,including case management.Practices as a Social Workerand ensures practice is in accordance with current relevant socialwork professional practice standards and codes of ethic.
Child and AdolescentForensic Service (CAFS) is a statewide specialist community mentalhealth service supporting young people aged ***** who have complexmental health needs and are involved in, or at risk of entering,the justice system.
The service operates in close partnership withthe non-government program Yirra Dandjoo (Centrecare and WaalitjFoundation), providing integrated clinical, psychosocial, andculturally responsive support.
CAFS operates from apurpose-built facility in Northbridge and continues to expand andrefine its integrated model ofcare.
