The Role
As aPersonal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
This role is permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) with a base salary of $71,480.
Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care
Assist with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents
Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort
Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
Requirements
12 months of relevant work experience
Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)




Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Prior to commencement – complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
