About the role
The Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Education and Service Support is a senior clinical leadership position responsible for supporting the secure, effective and efficient use of medicines across GV Health and contracted health services.
The role combines advanced clinical pharmacy practice with pharmacy workforce education and service continuity.
A key responsibility is providing planned and unplanned leave coverage across specialised clinical areas and high-acuity services, helping maintain continuity of pharmacy services, high-quality medication management, patient flow and positive patient outcomes.
