Uniting AgeWell is seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor to coordinate maintenance across our retirement living communities in Victoria.
You will develop scopes of work, guide subcontractors, and ensure services meet compliance and quality standards while engaging with residents to support their BEST lives.
You will oversee maintenance projects, plan resource use, and maintain open communication with the Facilities Services team to achieve effective delivery and audit-ready documentation.
