Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Clinician Level 2 to join the Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT) within headspace Early Psychosis, serving young people aged ***** at risk or experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
You will provide assertive, community-based care across homes, schools and hubs, within a multidisciplinary team.
You'll conduct biopsychosocial assessments, identify early signs of psychosis, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver proactive care in a shift-based roster
