What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assisting with the processing of Medicare billing and payments
Providing general administrative support to the clinic team
Adhering to all relevant medical and administrative protocols
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of medical and office software, including electronic medical record systems (highly desirable)




Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is highly desirable
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‐paced team environment
Flexibility to participate in late night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster or permanent rotating shifts.
