The Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Team Member to join our Gympie team. This is a hands-on role working as part of our install team and production when required. You will be assisting with installations, maintenance, and removal of temporary fencing and signage on-site. When not installing you will work with the production team.
You'll work both on-site and alongside our operations team to help deliver projects safely, professionally, and to a high standard. Whether you have experience in fencing, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing — or you're looking to start a career in the industry — we provide training and development for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Install, maintain, and remove fencing and signage on client sites
Load, transport, and handle equipment and materials safely
Work with the production team to prepare products for site installation
Follow safety and quality standards on every job
Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organised
Report faults, damage, or safety issues to your supervisor promptly
Take part in training to build your skills and licences over time




What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions
Good communication skills and willingness to learn – no experience necessary
Current

Licences and tickets (advantageous, not essential — we'll support you to obtain these)
White Card
MR Truck Licence
Pay & Hours
$28–$32 per hour, depending on experience- Permanent, full-time — 40 hours per week
Travel
Projects can be based within the region and South Coast but also cover regional areas in Queensland and include interstate.Any approved overnight travel and meals allowance is organised and paid forby Sitemax.
